Our Background

~ A community of prayer, faith formation and healing open to people of all faiths and beliefs.

~ Our spacious facility of 65,000 square feet is also available for booking conferences, workshops, banquets and overnight accommodations.

St. Therese School – 9 Month Formation Program

~ Fourth year running and has attracted people from all over Canada.

~ Residential program that incorporates study, prayer and fellowship in order to develop a sense of service and care, all within the environment of basic Christian community.

~ New in 2011! Week long sessions in April and May open to the public

o Focusing on the topics of Theology of the Body, Ignatian Discernment, the Lay Apostolate, Apologetics and Evangelization.

o This will be part of the 9 month program for the students but also open to the public.

o Christopher West, renowned Catholic speaker, will be leading the week long course on Theology of the Body

St. Therese Healing and Growth Centre

~ 'triumph' program is facilitated by our staff and open to all adults.

o Gives an opportunity to those attending to come to terms with past hurts, difficulties or broken relationships.

o Feedback has been great - Participants have come from BC to Whitehorse to Ontario!

~ 2nd annual Divine Mercy conference: February 18-20, 2011 with Dr. Robert Stackpole

~ One day silent retreats held 3 times a year on key liturgical feast days

~ People who participate in all the programs offered at St. Therese Institute are able to become active members of their community and good citizens of their church and their country.
