Christ is Alive! Weekend Retreat
The Christ is Alive! Weekend Retreat is offered for young disciples (ages 16–35) who have experienced the initial proclamation of the Gospel and desire to deepen their friendship with Christ.
A key inspiration for this retreat is Christus Vivit, Pope Francis’s recent letter to young men and women, which speaks of the importance of young people journeying with each other in life. The Christ is Alive! retreat, through Scripture, the sacraments, community, and prayer, provides an opportunity to grow in intimacy with Christ. From that foundation, young people will be better equipped to accompany others on the path of holiness. Small groups from parishes or high schools are encouraged to attend together, so that participants can continue accompanying each other as they go forward.
The retreat is facilitated by the St. Therese Apostolic Year (STAY)students, who are completing their third year of study in St. Therese Institute's Faith Formation Program.

INCLUDED: Retreat registration includes meals/snacks and overnight accommodations (with bedding and towels). We are able to cater to gluten- and diary-free diets. We will try to accommodate other food sensitivities; we will contact you if we need more information.
BRING: In addition to the things that you'd normally need on a weekend retreat (cloths, toiletries, medications and other personal items), please bring: •Bible •Journal or Notebook & pen/pencil • Gym clothes and running shoes (non-marking soles, please). We ask participants to dress modestly (eg: tops that cover the majority of the shoulder or more, and cover the full chest/stomach; bottoms that extend past mid-thigh).
