In order to accommodate everyone requesting to stay in our guest wing, we will typically assign you a roommate (like-gender, with the exception of married couples). If you would like to room with a particular person or have a specific request or need, please contact us in advance of the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

St. Therese has a limited number of multi-occupancy rooms suitable for families or groups wishing to remain together. Also, single-occupancy rooms may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information and availability

If you need cancel your registration, a refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable deposit (see below), via the original method of payment. If St. Therese has to cancel the event for whatever reason, the full amount paid (including the deposit) will be refunded to you.

This deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before the event start date, after which the deposit becomes non-refundable, but transferable to another St. Therese Institute course or conference.
