Dear Friends of St. Therese!

We pray that God blesses you abundantly during this joyous season! Advent is a time of joyful anticipation, and we are very excited to share our good news with you about what the Lord has been doing at St. Therese Institute!

We were excited to welcome 38 students this fall—our largest student body to date—for the ninth year of our Faith Formation Program. Our alumni continue to have a great impact in the Church with many former students becoming leaders in various ministries, parishes and workplaces throughout Canada. Ten alumni are actively pursuing-or-in religious vocations: one of our women recently began religious discernment with the Sisters of Life in New York City; eight of our men are studying in seminaries across Canada and the United States, with Michael Lund being ordained to the transitional deaconate for the Diocese of Pembroke, Ontario, on Oct. 1,2015 (the feast of St. Thérèse) at St. Peter’s Basilica, Rome; and one as a priest, with Fr. Jonathan Inskip, MIC, being ordained on May 16, 2015, in Kamloops, BC. Please keep all our alumni in your prayers.

With the recent growth at St. Therese, the Board of Directors has prayerfully discerned to focus St. Therese Institute solely on the School of Faith and Mission and related programming. The triumph program will become an independent ministry under the direction of Jerry and Donna Kristian. This allows an immense opportunity for the growth and expansion of both the School and triumph programs.
We are all very excited to see what God has planned for St. Therese, and are devoted to focusing our staff and resources towards helping the School reach its full potential. We are exploring new ways to further develop the curriculum and attract new students, and will continue to be a place for forming people in their faith for the “New Evangelization.”

The growth we have experienced is thanks in large part to you, our generous donors and supporters over the years. Thank you for helping us build the kingdom of God. We are truly grateful beyond words that you have responded to God’s invitation to support us. We pray for our donors each day, and could not do the work we do without your partnership in our mission.

We humbly request your continued support of St. Therese Institute. To donate, please visit www.St-T.ca/donate, call us at 306.369.2555, or use our mail-in donation form.

May God bless you and your loved ones, and may you have a very joyous Christmas and blessed New Year.

In the peace and friendship of Christ,
