"Before coming to St. Therese I had always been active in my faith, but I didn't have an authentic relationship with Christ. By coming to St. Therese I am beginning to know Christ in a more real and personal way. I am constantly challenged and pushed everyday, and I am learning how to respond with great love and humility. God has really been working in my heart to form me into a young woman solid in my Catholic faith."

"God has truly blessed me through this School. I was raised Catholic but had never personally chosen to actively participate. After attending a Come and See Weekend, and a Healing Mass, both hosted by St Therese School, and through the guidance of Fr Clair, I became a Practicing Catholic just this past May. It only seemed natural to come back to the very School where my conversion took place, to learn and to grow. I am confident that this is exactly where God wants me to be. I have been growing deeper in my relationship with Jesus and deeper in my knowledge of the teachings of the Catholic Church. I am looking forward to the rest of this faith formation program as God continues to reveal Himself to me."

"St Thérèse la petite fleur, through her example of humility and surrender, is leading me to Christ! Am I opening the door of my temple to Jesus? Does my day consist of a deeper appreciation of the gift of my faith? Am I offering each opportune moment for personal sacrifice and praise to the Father? Do I strive to be accountable, responsible, community-oriented, and joyful? But the biggest question of my heart, one of which my salvation and that of all Christians depends upon...Am I working on finding God's purpose for me, on bringing others to know Christ's love and mercy, and finally on attaining the eternal reward of sanctification? Please keep praying for us, that our year may be blessed with many more answered prayers."

"Humility is a running theme here at St. Therese but also in my own life as well. I'm beginning to understand the importance of accepting myself in all my weaknesses, and surrendering everything up to God. Though we cannot control what happens in our life, I am learning we can control how we respond. This choosing to respond to everyone, and everything, out of love and humility, is the kind of holiness I am striving for."

"Life and study at St. Therese is even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined: I feel loved and challenged in all the right ways. God is teaching me so much here about myself and my faith. He has truly blessed me by being here and I am looking so forward to the year that He is unfolding here at St. Therese that will change me forever."

"St. Therese is were God has called me for this year and I am glad to answer his call. My love for Christ has grown, my love for my brothers and sisters in Christ as well to serve others with an act of love. Our community life is like a big strong family, we encourage and love one another but we also go through times of struggle and hardship with ourselves and one another. I thank the Lord for all that he has done for me and all his blessings here at St-Thérèse."

"My time at St. Therese thus far has been much more beneficial than I had imagined it would be. I have discovered how to live as a Catholic in today's society, developed a deeper relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, and learned to live in a community with 12 companions to help me grow. My choice to attend St. Therese is without a doubt the best decision I have ever made."

"My year so far at St. Therese has been a very wonderful experience, and I find myself wanting more and more to turn away from the ways of the world and just follow Jesus wherever He leads me. The journey that I have begun is not an easy one, nor is it a short one, but with both the students and the staff walking beside me, it is most definitely an enjoyable one, with encouragement around every bend."

"Here at St. Therese God is really allowing me to experience his infinite Love and Mercy in different ways. I am finding worth in Christ, and my place and purpose in his kingdom is being unfolded day by day. I feel very blessed to be here!"

"My time at St. Therese has been an amazing experience thus far. I have a new desire for daily mass, daily adoration, community and personal prayer. I count myself as being extremely blessed to be here with these amazing individuals who are all here for the same reason I am, that is to build a solid foundation and relationship with Christ."

"My time here at St. Therese has been a time of joy but also facing different struggles. Being at St. Therese has taught me how to properly deal with struggles, and to overcome them and grow with joy. I feel very blessed to be here, and can't wait to see what the rest of the year will hold!"

"What is the answer to life, the universe and everything? It's quite simple actually, yet very difficult to comprehend. The answer is God. I'm definitely not bursting with knowledge. I am far from being perfect. I have failed many times and have looked upon so many things as being impossible. However, the more I come to know God personally, to understand His infinite mercy & love for us, my dependency on our Maker, the importance of The Bible, of prayer, the teachings of the Catholic church, its history... the more I come to realize that nothing is impossible. Everything is possible, as long as you truly, whole heartedly surrender everything in your life & believe in The Truth. I'm still working on that... but it's coming along. I'm a work in progress."

"What a blessed beginning! Since arriving here, God has been planting many seeds an tending to them so they may grow within my heart. I have never desired humility more than I do now and with this I have come to see the beauty of obedience, surrender and suffering for the sake of love. Through all this, I am growing in total dependence and confidence in God. As St. Thérèse says: 'I am too little to climb the stairway of perfection. The elevator which must raise me to the Heavens is the arms of Jesus.' The Holy spirit is moving powerfully in this place, but more importantly, in my heart! He has been revealing to me His unending faithfulness and I know that I have nothing to fear because He is faithful and will provide for my every need. Praise God!!!"
